Next Stop: Orlando, Florida!

Only 1 day, 16 hours and 12 minutes til my plane hits the runway... and this is officially my last post before I leave.

I've been a little lacking in the whole blogging thing-- I haven't been putting up all of the very cute little emails I've been getting from the Disney team, nor did I make an entry when I received a very cute congratulations package with my work visa form and the disney look book. If you're my family or friends, you probably don't care about the ommission, if you are applying for this job and looking for info on this stage, other blogs go in depth into it-- there really not much to it, some paperwork, some fees and some photocopies and you're set to go.

I've spent this last month at home, for the most part, and visiting with various family and friends. A trip to Toronto, another to Rochester, and a surprise Birthday/Going Away party complete with a tinkerbell balloon and a Minnie Mouse-esque purse topped off the month. It was good to see people, but honestly, this last 20 days has been impossibly slow! I'm so excited to get there, I have this strange feeling that the last 5 months have been spent in anticipation, like I kinda glossed through them to get to this point where I'm off to Orlando.

These next weeks I plan to update this blog a lot, keeping track of everything. There arent really any character blogs out there, so there are a lot of exciting unknowns for me going into this. All of it will be made clear to me in the next weeks, and to you through this blog.

I have to be up in less than 5 hours to do my little sisters hair and make-up for dance competition, so i'm gunna wrap it up here-- tomorrow I'll be leaving Ottawa at 2 oclock ish and heading for Stoney Creek, Ontario, to spent the night at my Nana's apartment. Sunday morning I'll cross the border into Buffalo, NY and Sunday afternoon I'll get on a plane. Sunday by 6 oclock I should be in Orlando. I can't wait!
